Tap the mala on Home to begin a session, then tap anywhere on the counter for each recitation — or just practice with your physical mala and enter the total when you end the session. On Apple Watch, each click of the digital crown is one bead.
Yes — open a practice → "Log manually," pick the date from the calendar, and enter minutes and counts. You can also set lifetime starting totals in Settings → Practice totals.
It turns "two malas of Vajrasattva this morning" into a draft entry you confirm or discard. Nothing is saved without your confirmation, and your input isn't used to train AI. Details in the privacy policy.
Long-press their message to report it (reviewed within 24 hours) or block them — blocking hides their messages and shared practice from you entirely. Manage blocks in Settings.
Settings → Export CSV gives you every session. Settings → "Delete account & all data" permanently erases everything, immediately.
Open GOM on your iPhone once while signed in — the practice list syncs to the watch through the phone. Both devices need Bluetooth on.
